Waterloo Region Ion LRT
RETAINING WALLS | PROJECT MANAGEMENT | COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING
This is currently the largest construction project ever taken on by the Region of Waterloo. We were engaged to complete 5,500 square face meters of retaining walls, installing soil cells, planting of 2,500 trees and 15,000 shrubs, laying 45,000 square meters of topsoil and sod, and hydroseeding the 19 kilometers of rail line. We also provided the street sweeping and dust control for the entire project. With our excellent performance, we were continuously requested to complete numerous specialty services that arose on the project such as boardwalks, fencing and even snow removal during the construction phases.
What they say about us
Happy Customers
“Our beautiful, mature, perennial beds at the front of our house was destroyed by the LRT
construction. After a lot of battles with the Region and Grand Linq, they sent in Moser Landscaping
to restore our beds. Moser couldn't have been more helpful. I had submitted a list of plants to the
Region, which was given to Moser. When the team arrived last fall, they looked at the photos on the
phone, asked for my input in placement, were sympathetic about the very stressful situation and did
a lovely job. This spring, the plants look wonderful (I'm taking photos every day!) and the peonies are
blooming. Thank you so much for bringing 2 years of construction hell to a positive ending for us.”
